KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Serve as a main point of contact for customers, retailers, visitors and more.

· Enter orders and items into sales order system.

· Assist with website updates including new items, collections and beyond.

· Establish and build relationships with team members, business partners and customers.

· Communicate with all relevant departments and team members regarding the status and priority of orders ensuring quality, specifications and timelines are met.

· Assist management with administrative duties and projects as they arise.

QUALIFICATION + SKILLS

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience

· Reliable, detail oriented and highly motivated.

· Willingness to assist beyond job description boundaries as often the case in small businesses.

· Passionate about the product and role within the company.

· Knowledgeable and experienced enough to step right into a fast paced work environment.

· Demonstrates a proven track record of working within a team environment and independently.

JOB TYPE: Full-time, 8:30AM – 5PM Monday through Friday

LOCATION: Hanover, Massachusetts

SALARY: $32,000 - $40,000 per year plus bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
